Cannabis Technologies Inc. (the Company) [stockquote symbol=CANLF] (CSE: CANL) is pleased to announce a name change to InMed Pharmaceuticals Inc. (“InMed”). InMed will trade under the new ticker symbol “CSE: IN”. The change will take effect and will trade on the Canadian Securities Exchange on Tuesday, October 21, 2014. The Company is in the process of effecting the name change and new symbol with the OTC Markets and FINRA. The Company expects to complete this process shortly and will provide a further update. The Company will continue to trade as “CANLF” until such time.

Craig Schneider, President and CEO states, “The new name and identity was affected to better position the company within the Life Science Sector and towards a much broader investor base both in North America and abroad. We believe the new name and identity more accurately reflects the Company’s business model and direction.”
