NFL Star Leonard Marshall Will Be Keynote Speaker at New York City CWCB Expo

Former NFL Super Bowl Champion and successful entrepreneur Leonard A. Marshall, Jr. will be the keynote speaker at the Cannabis World Congress & Business Exposition or CWCB Expo that’s taking place at the Javits Center in NYC between June 15th and 17th.

Mr. Marshall will moderate a thought leadership panel covering “CTE, Concussions and CBD” and then give a keynote presentation covering related topics. As a former NFL player, he has experienced some of the symptoms of CTE.
“I am ecstatic to be participating in CWCBExpo and keynoting and moderating the thought leadership panel,” said Leonard Marshall. “With my background and experience in football and with CTE, I’ll be able to bring a first-hand perspective to this important topic. Mr. Mashall’s business achievements include founding Pro Star Athletics, which was one of the largest sports licensed apparel manufacturing companies in the 1990s. The company was eventually sold to International Apparel Manufactures Group of New York. He also owned and managed The Mashall and Fox Sports Asset Management Group and was the CEO of Capital Source Mortgage, which is a lending institution based in Boca Raton, Florida.
Marshall is currently the Director of Strategic Initiatives/Brand Ambassador for the publicly traded Original SoupMan, Inc., and Managing Partner of Playbook Solutions Group Advisors, LLC, a $50 million franchise income fund.
Joining Marshall on the “CTE, Concussion and CBD;” thought-leadership panel will be: Charlie Adams, NFL wide receiver who played for the Denver Broncos and Houston Texans; Eben Britton, a NFL guard and tackle for the Jacksonville Jaguars and Chicago Bears and currently a free agent; Riley D. Cote a former professional ice hockey player (NHL) with the Philadelphia Flyers; Nate Jackson a former NFL wide receiver with the Denver Broncos; and Heather Jackson, CEO of Realm of Caring, a non-profit advocacy group that provides support services and resources to those using cannabinoid products.
